Dispense a pea size amount onto clean fingertips or back of hand, then swatch onto skin. Can be applied to full face or used to target areas in need of extra radiance and glow. Apply after your serum, moisturizer, and SPF, prior to foundation to add radiance and for a more built-out look with longer-lasting coverage. Pairs With: - Hydra-Bright Alpha Arbutin Drops are clinically proven to brighten and even out skin tone, making them the perfect radiance-boosting skin prep ahead of Illuminating Primer. - Use Hydra-Bright AHA Hydrator for instant luminosity while also brightening and conditioning skin. - Luminous Liquid Foundation features light-diffusing diamond powder, making it a great pairing with Illuminating Primer for elevated radiance. - Luminous Setting Powder puts the perfect finishing touch to your look for even longer-wearing luminosity. Pro Tip: This multitasking primer can also be used as a mixing medium with liquid foundation.
